Wrong Mountain???
Yep, it's even on the map! In the Southeast corner of the Saguaro National Monument East outside of Tucson Arizona is a mountain peak named Wrong Mountain. And while we don't live ON Wrong Mountain, it is the one dominant feature on the near horizon. I say near horizon, because there is so much horizon to see from here... There are disadvantages however. My driveway is several miles long, bumpy, dusty, and when it rains...!

The Path Up Wrong Mountain Is scenic if not exactly a leisurely afternoon stroll. Since the mountain is in a wilderness area, you have to hike in. The National Forest Service has two established trails, one for hikers only, and one for horses or pack animals. It's a great place to practice your landscape photography, even an amateur like me can get lucky sometimes! If you like nature photography, check out the Gallery on the Wrong Mountain WebWorks page.

Many of the sites you will find here are like my home. Quiet, often unusual, and often down at the
"End of the Road".
